The plans cover all key components of the total conveyor dryer, Flash Dryer and Vacuum Exposure Unit. For the conveyor dryer, the plans cover all steps and materials need to build a fully functional 24"x 8' textile dryer. Information is also included on building a 18"x 6' dryer.

Chapter 1 covers in detail how to build the conveyor frame and drive system. This includes the base frame assembly; drive roller assembly, drive motor assembly, idler roller assembly, conveyor belt installation, belt tracking adjustments, and optional dryer stand construction. This is not a build it out of plywood set of plans but instructions on how to build a commercial quality textile conveyor that will be the foundation to building the complete dryer.

Chapter 2 covers the heat chamber construction including where to get the heat panels, the heat panel mount adjustable height assembly, chamber assembly and insulation, chamber entrance and exit adjustable doors and optional forced air and exhaust system.

Chapter 3 covers the control systems including belt speed controller, chamber temperature controls, forced air and exhaust system controls, heat panel power controls, main power connections, branch circuit considerations and control panel mounting.

Chapter 4 covers all step and materials needed to build a flash dryer from a simple unit to a flash with digital temperature control.

Chapter 5 covers everything you need to build your own vacuum exposure unit.

Each chapter contains a set of 11"x17" CAD drawings and step by step instructions with check boxes so you can check off each step as you complete it. The instruction book also includes a material list of all items needed to complete that part of the construction process along with source and part# information on hard to find items. We also include a list of recommended tools so you will know just what you need before you even start.
